Course Description

This EN 50716 training covers the current European standard for software for railway control and protection systems, which supersedes EN 50128, and how to apply it.

The course covers the EN 50716 software lifecycle and roles, Safety Integrity Levels (SIL 0–4) and the techniques and measures recommended at each level, requirements, architecture and design, verification, validation and testing, tool qualification, and the software quality assurance and documentation the standard expects.
