ISIT Training — Accessibility & Practical Information

Find all the information you need to properly organise your training:

How do I register for an ISIT training course?

You can register for an ISIT training course:

  • From the ISIT training page, by choosing the desired programme and clicking “Request Information”.
  • By email: formation@isit.fr
  • By phone, for any information: +33 5 61 30 69 00

As soon as we receive your request, the training manager or the trainer contacts you to define your exact needs. Following this discussion, a registration form and a commercial proposal are sent to you. As soon as we receive your completed registration form, we send you your training agreement.

Organisation of the sessions

ISIT uses a training-management platform, so all training documents are digital (agreement, attendance sheet, convocation, manual, etc.). An extranet is made available to trainees so they can retrieve all this information and interact with the trainer and the other members of the session.

For the session to run smoothly, trainees must therefore have internet access and a computer during the training.

What should I do after registering?

Once your registration is validated by receipt of your registration form, you receive a training agreement by email. The convocation to the training session is then sent to you by email through our platform. It states:

  • The title of the training
  • The schedule: dates, durations, times and meeting places for each on-site and/or remote sequence
  • The name of your trainer
  • The contact details of your ISIT Training contact / disability liaison
  • The requirement to bring your laptop

You also receive access to the training extranet, where you can find, among other things:

  • Welcome booklet
  • Trainee booklet
  • The detailed training-programme brochure
  • Pedagogical outline
  • Assessment method
  • Trainer’s CV
  • Attendance sheet
  • Questionnaires, etc.

How can I access the internal rules applicable to trainees?

The training internal rules are included in the welcome booklet available on your extranet.

Confirmation of the location and how the training runs

Your convocation states the address and times of your training. These are defined beforehand with the trainer or the training manager.

How can I finance my training?

Whatever the size of your company (fewer than 10 or more than 10 employees), each year you pay a legal contribution to your OPCO (FAFIEC, AGEFOS, ADEFIM, etc.) for professional training, which then allows you to benefit from certain funding.

Funding request. Contact your OPCO to obtain the funding-request form. Beforehand, make sure you are up to date with your contributions for the development of continuing professional training. You must then return this document to your OPCO together with:

  • The training programme (provided by ISIT)
  • The training agreement and/or the quote serving as an agreement (issued by ISIT), signed by both parties.

Review of your request. Your OPCO reviews the file received and issues a favourable or unfavourable opinion.

Travel expenses. Please note that travel expenses are not necessarily covered by your OPCO. Any booking must be made at least 3 weeks before the training date; otherwise the travel amount is revised according to the prices available on the booking date. The booking is only effective once the training agreement is received, signed by the client.

Timing and organisation. To facilitate administrative processing and travel organisation, the training order should be received 3 to 4 weeks before the set date. Otherwise, travel costs may increase or the training may be rescheduled due to the trainer’s unavailability.
